Sarah Moor is an American abstract painter and installation artist with A.C.T. Intl. She moved from New York City to Sendai, Japan in 2014 after obtaining her BFA in drawing and painting from California State University Long Beach in 2013. She is currently living and working in Aichi Prefecture, in the Tokai region of Japan.

She has exhibited work in Manila, Tokyo, Sendai, Orange County, and Nagoya, and has been building friendships with artists, musicians and other creative makers in Japan and abroad. 

Her creative practice is not just to make work, teach, or host events, but to give time to relationships in both the church and art community, and create a safe space for authentic dialogue, prayer and caring for her community in Japan.
