Took the East River ferry down to its last weekend stop for $4 instead of taking the free Manhattan ferry over, just because the views, gah..
Quite a way to experience the Brooklyn Bridge for the first time.
Governors Island is definitely an interesting stage to set an exhibition. An unconventional one, for sure, but the quality of the grounds, as well as the diversity of the crowds that make their way over for the weekend provides for a well rounded exhibition experience, and for installation artists? The intimate, dilapidated old houses made into gallery spaces just cannot be beat.
